The PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, launched the National Young Chef Competition (NYCC) to discover & mentor hospitality students. With zonal rounds nationwide and a grand finale in January 2026, NYCC celebrates Indian culinary heritage. It includes workshops for school students and offers prizes, internships, and global exposure to young chefs.
