PhonePe has selected Kotak Mahindra Capital, JPMorgan Chase, Citi and Morgan Stanley as advisors for its planned IPO in FY26, Moneycontrol reported. The Walmart-owned digital payments platform is reportedly seeking up to $15 billion valuation in the IPO. The issue is likely to be a combination of primary and secondary issuance of shares.
