A picture of an X-ray showing cocaine bullets in the stomach of an alleged 30-year-old female 'drug mule' who was arrested at South Africa's OR Tambo International Airport has surfaced online. The woman, who is from Namibia, has released over 60 bullets of suspected cocaine so far and is under police custody, a police spokesperson said.
