Sitharaman, who presented 6 Union Budgets and 1 Interim Budget through the years, is presenting her 8th consecutive Budget on Saturday. Sitharaman on Saturday wore a saree gifted to her by Dulari Devi, a Madhubani artist who won the Padma Shri in 2021.
