Pilots' union, ALPA, raised questions on the preliminary report of the Air India plane crash, and said, "We are once again surprised at the secrecy surrounding these investigations." The union also claimed that suitably qualified personnel aren't involved with these investigations. "We feel that the investigation is being driven in a direction presuming the guilt of pilots," ALPA said.
