Fintech major Pine Labs will launch its IPO on November 7, according to the company's red herring prospectus. The offering includes a fresh issue worth ₹2,080 crore and an offer for sale of 82.35 million shares, reflecting a reduced size from the June prospectus. Earlier, the fresh issue stood at ₹2,600 crore, while the OFS component included 147.8 million shares.
