A chartered plane carrying Democratic Republic of the Congo's Mines Minister Louis Watum Kabamba and his delegation caught fire after skidding off the runway during landing on Monday. All 20 passengers managed to evacuate seconds before the rear half of the plane caught fire. A video of incident has gone viral, showing thick black smoke while officials escape in panic.
