A plastic surgeon in Taiwan's Taipei City performed his own vasectomy as a "gift" for his wife and posted a video of it online. Chen Wei-Nong, who has three children, took local anaesthesia before performing the surgery. Talking about the experience, Wei-Nong said, "It's really painful when you touch the vas deferens, and it feels strange to sew yourself up."
