After a law student was allegedly gang-raped at a Kolkata college, an advocate has filed a Suo Moto letter petition in the Supreme Court seeking transfer of the case to CBI. The advocate said he wants the case to be transferred to the CBI as "all the evidence was tarnished in the RG Kar case by the TMC leaders."
