Criticising PM Narendra Modi over his three-nation tour (Cyprus, Canada and Croatia), Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said PM Modi has energy, excitement, and enthusiasm for such visits but has no empathy for Manipur. He stated this is PM Modi's 35th foreign visit since May 2023 but PM hasn't met anybody from Manipur in the same period.
