Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday inaugurated a new terminal building at Purnea Airport in Bihar. He also laid the foundation stone and inaugurated multiple development projects in Purnea worth approximately ₹36,000 crore, aimed at boosting infrastructure, connectivity, and economic growth in the region. Legislative Assembly elections are scheduled to be held in Bihar at the end of the year.
