NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte claimed that PM Narendra Modi is asking Russian President Vladimir Putin to "explain his strategy" on Ukraine after US President Trump imposed tariffs on Indian goods. He added the tariffs levied by Trump are having a big impact on Russia. Rutte made the remarks while speaking to CNN on sidelines of UNGA session in New York.
