PM Narendra Modi on Thursday attended the ring ceremony of Bihar's Deputy CM Vijay Kumar Sinha's son, Govind, in Patna. "The PM lovingly blessed Govind and Shambhavi and wished them a happy beginning of their new life," Bihar Deputy CM Sinha said. The PM held a roadshow and inaugurated a modern airport terminal building in Patna on Thursday.
