PM Narendra Modi celebrated Diwali with Navy personnel, onboard INS Vikrant off the coast of Goa. "I'm fortunate that this time I'm celebrating this holy festival of Diwali among all you brave soldiers," said PM Modi, adding that the ship gave "sleepless nights" to Pakistan. PM Modi spent the night on the ship, saying the experience was 'hard to describe'.
