PM Narendra Modi departed for Bhutan on Tuesday for a two-day state visit. During visit, PM Modi will meet King of Bhutan Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, and both leaders will inaugurate 1,020 MW Punatsangchhu-II Hydroelectric Project, jointly developed by India and Bhutan. PM Modi will also attend celebrations marking 70th birth anniversary of Jigme Singye Wangchuck, fourth King of Bhutan.
