PM Narendra Modi on Friday flagged off three new metro links in West Bengal's Kolkata. The new stretches cover Sealdah to Esplanade (2.45 km), Noapara to Jai Hind Bimanbandar (6.77 km) and Hemanta Mukhopadhyay to Beleghata (4.39 km) across three different Kolkata Metro corridors. The event was attended by Governor CV Ananda Bose and Union Minister Sukanta Majumdar.
