PM Modi laid the foundation stone of projects worth ₹5,100 crore at an event in Arunachal Pradesh's Itanagar. The projects include two hydropower projects worth ₹3,700 crore. These are the Heo Hydroelectric Project (240 MW) and the Tato-I Hydroelectric Project (186 MW), both in the Shi Yomi district. A convention centre (at 9,820 feet) will also be launched in Tawang.
