PM Narendra Modi met with Paraguay President Santiago Pena Palacios at the Hyderabad House in Delhi on Monday. "Towards a new momentum in bilateral relationship," Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said. Palacios earlier paid a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat, laying a wreath at the memorial. The 46-year-old also met with Minister of External Affairs S Jaishankar.
