Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat praised PM Narendra Modi’s 11 years in office as a shift "from negativity to progress". He said, "Prior to 2014, there were scams, corruption, policy paralysis and appeasement politics." Shekhawat added, "The last 11 years exemplify determination, reform and inclusive development." He said governance has become more transparent and citizen-centric.
