Prime Minister Narendra Modi's aircraft suffered a technical snag due to which the aircraft has to remain at Jharkhand's Deoghar airport causing some delay in his return to Delhi, news agency ANI reported. The second phase of elections in Jharkhand is set to take place on November 20 and the result will be declared on November 23.
