PM Narendra Modi will hold bilateral talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit in China's Tianjin, the PM confirmed on Thursday. PM Modi and Putin are expected to meet on September 1, reports said. This comes as US President Donald Trump's 25% penalty tariffs on India came into effect from August 27.
