Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday transferred ₹10,000 each to 75 lakh Bihar women under the 'Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana'. PM Modi officially launched the scheme, transferring a total of ₹7,500 crore. The scheme was earlier announced by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to give a woman from every family in Bihar ₹10,000 to start a business of her choice.
