PM Narendra Modi urged all MPs, including those from the Opposition, to unanimously elect the NDA's candidate CP Radhakrishnan as the Vice President. Union Minister Kiren Rijiju said the PM introduced Radhakrishnan at the NDA parliamentary party meeting on Tuesday. PM reportedly told those in attendance that Defence Minister Rajnath Singh is trying to forge a consensus with the Opposition.
