PM Narendra Modi visited the London-bound Air India plane's crash site in Ahmedabad and assessed the ground situation on Friday. He was accompanied by Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu, Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel and Gujarat Home Minister Harsh Sanghavi. As many as 242 people were on board the flight, of which only one person has survived.
