As Bihar voted in the first phase of Assembly elections, former CM Rabri Devi accused BJP members of 'firing bullets and killing people' while PM Modi only 'talks about katta (guns)'. After voting in Patna, she urged citizens to vote in large numbers. Rabri also wished both sons, Tejashwi and Tej Pratap Yadav, success in their political journeys.
