After PM Narendra Modi accused opposition in Bihar of "shielding and defending" infiltrators, RJD's Tejashwi Yadav termed it as a "diversionary tactic." "Let's assume for a moment that there are infiltrators in Bihar...then the question arises, what have you (Modi) been doing all along?" Tejashwi said. He said 'infiltration issue' was raised by BJP during Jharkhand assembly elections last year.
