To counter Poland's low birth rate, the Arche group of hotels is offering cash, free parties, and special gifts to people who conceive a baby during a stay at one of their properties. Polish hotelier and property developer, Wladyslaw Grochowski, has pledged special gifts for anyone who becomes pregnant during a stay at one of his 23 hotels.
