Police arrested Ashalata Sardar and Md Jalal Mir in connection with the New Garia bungalow murder case in Kolkata. Both suspects are from South 24 Parganas and were nabbed within 24 hours of the crime. Robbery is suspected as gold ornaments worn by the victim are missing, and a post-mortem has been ordered.
