Kerala High Court said police don't have right to "barge into houses of history sheeters" under the guise of surveillance. "Every man's house is his...temple...whose sanctity...can't be vilified by knocking on...door at odd hours," it added. The ruling came on plea by a man accused of threatening police after they asked him to step out of home late at night.
