A 24-year-old man, Ganesh Subhash Sonawane from Misarwadi, was arrested in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar after terrorising residents with a sharp koyta and a knife in the TV Centre area on Tuesday evening. Panic spread among locals as he threatened people on the road. Alert citizens informed the police, who chased and nabbed him despite resistance.
