Pune Police has moved court seeking trial of the 17-year-old accused as an adult in the Pune Porsche crash case. The Police filed a plea challenging the Juvenile Justice Board’s (JJB) July 15 order that rejected their plea to try the accused as an adult. It termed the matter an "exceptional case" and sought a psychoanalysis test of the juvenile.
