A policeman identified as Vanraj Manjariya died of rabies after being scratched by his pet dog in Gujarat's Ahmedabad, local media reports. He was admitted to a hospital last week after symptoms of rabies started to appear, reports said. Manjariya had not sought immediate medical care believing it was a minor scratch.
