A 30-year-old Delhi Police constable was killed after being hit and dragged by a car for 10 metres in a hit-and-run case. Motorcycle-borne Sandeep was patrolling in plain clothes to investigate spike in robbery cases in Nangloi. "He saw...a Wagon R car...being driven recklessly...He asked the driver to not drive rashly. Suddenly, the car sped up and hit...[him]," police said.
