A team of eight NDA members, led by MP Hema Malini, visited Karur to review tragic stampede at Vijay’s TVK rally on Sept 27, which killed 41 and injured over 60. The team includes JP Nadda, Anurag Thakur, Tejasvi Surya and others. Nirmala Sitharaman earlier met victims' families. TVK’s Mathiazhagan has been arrested; two others are also named in FIR.
