Promoters of Polycab India are set to sell shares worth about ₹887 crore through block deals, representing a 0.81% stake. The floor price is fixed at ₹7,300 per share, a 3.1% discount to the last close. Multiple promoter group members, including Inder and Ajay Jaisinghani will participate in the stake sale.
