The Vatican on Monday said that Pope Francis' health has shown "slight improvement". The 88-year-old pontiff, who is currently receiving treatment for double pneumonia, experienced "no episodes of asthma-like respiratory distress today". Vatican also stated that "some laboratory tests have shown improvement and the monitoring of his mild kidney insufficiency has not raised any concerns".
