Postal services remained suspended in Chandigarh, Ludhiana and Jalandhar regions on Monday, leaving the customers in the lurch. No transaction was conducted in at least 165 post offices throughout the day. Attributing the suspension to major technical upgradation, the senior postal authorities have claimed that the services will be restored from Tuesday.
