Electricity went off twice while Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was giving an interview at Ukraine's Presidential Palace. A video showed the journalist looking surprised after the power went off and he said, "Hard times...electricity is gone," to which Zelenskyy replied that it's not due to terrorists. Zelenskyy continued speaking in the interview until the backup power was restored.
