Practise yoga to be battle-ready: Rajnath Singh tells soldiers

On International Yoga Day, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh encouraged soldiers to continue practicing yoga daily saying that it prepares a soldier physically and mentally and its benefits can be seen on battlefield. He said that Indian Armed Forces displayed balance and precision during Operation Sindoor. "This is a reflection of the inner strength attained through practicing yoga," he said.
