President Droupadi Murmu presented the Swachh Survekshan Awards 2025 in New Delhi, praising it as the world’s largest cleanliness survey. She emphasised India’s ancient values of cleanliness, stressed waste segregation, praised school initiatives, & called for strict plastic control. Urging citizen participation, she showed confidence that India will become one of the cleanest countries by 2047.
