A probe has been ordered after allegations of major security lapses and preferential treatment at Bengaluru's Parappana Agrahara Central Jail surfaced. This came as videos showed serial rapist and killer Umesh Reddy using mobiles and watching TV. Pictures of Tarun Raju, arrested in connection with Ranya Rao gold smuggling case, also surfaced showing him using phone and cooking inside jail.
