External Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar said that it was a privilege for him to represent as Special Envoy of PM Narendra Modi at the swearing-in ceremony of US President-elect Donald Trump. Earlier in the day, Jaishankar attended the Inauguration Day Prayer Service at St John’s Church. Trump will take charge as the 47th President of the US.
