The Kerala High Court has issued summons to Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra in response to an election petition filed by NDA candidate Navya Haridas, who lost the November 2024 by-poll from Wayanad. Haridas has sought to nullify Vadra’s victory, alleging she failed to disclose key details about assets owned by her and her family in her nomination papers.
