The NIA court on Thursday asked the ADG ATS to investigate the planting of explosives in the house of Sudhakar Chaturvedi, one of the seven accused in the 2008 Malegaon blast case. Chaturvedi, former BJP MP Pragya Singh Thakur and five others were acquitted in the blast case. "The court said phones were tapped without any sanction," Chaturvedi's lawyer said.
