Actress Radhika Apte spoke about how an Indian film producer wasn't very accommodating during her pregnancy. She recalled, "[Producer] insisted I wear tight-fitting clothes despite my discomfort and bloating...I wasn't even allowed to see a doctor when I was in pain and feeling uneasy on set." She compared this with working on Hollywood production where the filmmaker was "so supportive".
