Professor Madhu Purnima Kishwar claimed an Uber driver tried driving away with her suitcase in his car's trunk after she asked him to drop her at her accommodation at 10:30pm in Pune. She claimed she was ready to pay the cab fare, but the driver remained "almost abusive and nasty". She said she would've given tip if he hadn't misbehaved.
