In Aguragre village, West Garo Hills, AGHMPCS, MBMA, and the Coffee Board distributed ₹1.5 lakh to 11 farmers under a profit-sharing programme. The initiative strengthens the coffee value chain by ensuring farmers receive direct profits, promotes better cultivation practices, and mobilises producer groups to expand plantations, building a sustainable, community-driven coffee ecosystem.
