The Delhi government will soon replace the Pink Ticket scheme with Saheli Cards, allowing only women with valid proof of residence in Delhi to avail free bus travel. The smart cards, available from August 15, will be issued through banks and Metro stations. KYC and non-KYC options will be offered, both compliant with the National Common Mobility Card standard.
