Prostarm Info Systems will invest ₹25 crore to establish its first Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) unit at Reliance MET City, Haryana. Spanning 3,912.15 sq. meters, the facility will support 1.2 GWh annual output. Targeting C&I and utility-scale use, the move aligns with India's 44 GW BESS goal by 2030 and aims to cut CO2 emissions by 2,000 million tonnes.
