Protesting farmers clashed with police personnel outside the office of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Mandeep Kaur Cheema in Punjab's Nabha on Monday. Several farmers reportedly sustained injuries during the altercation, while DSP Cheema accused protestors of pulling her hair and uniform. The farmers were demanding police action in the case of tractor-trolley thefts from the Shambhu border.
